- Step 4 – Reduce the flame just enough that the mixture continues to boil. Leave it on the stove for 10 minutes.

- Step 6 – Once it is almost dry, add vegetable oil on the surface of your ceramic pan to re-season it and bring back the non-stick goodness.
- Step 7 – Rub in the vegetable oil all over the surface and try to keep it lukewarm for a few minutes for the best results.
